A Service Contract or Service Agreement is a legal contract between two parties that provides for the repair or replacement of specific products or items that break or fail to perform their intended function due to normal wear and tear.

It is important that you consider the company that is providing the service contract to make certain it has experience in the service contract business and is financially sound.

We offer the Interstate StarHousing program which is insured by National Service Contract Insurance Company and is rated A- Excellent by A.M. Best Company. Fire & Casualty Insurance Company of Connecticut, a subsidiary of Royal & Sun Alliance USA with a Best's rating of A Excellent, reinsures it.
