A Service Contract or Service Agreement is a legal contract between two parties that provides for the repair or replacement of specific products or items that break or fail to perform their intended function.

We offer two types of service contracts.

  • New Home, purchased while the manufacturers warranty is in effect.
  • Used Home, purchased at the time you purchase the existing manufactured home.
